Mr. Loffredo is a current member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and is licensed as required by the State of New York. Mr. Loffredo carries Errors and Omissions insurance. Mark Loffredo is a native New Yorker, President of Richmond Home Inspection, Co. Inc. and of Post Exterminating Co Inc.. Mr. Loffredo has been a pioneer in the home inspection business for 40 years. He studied Architectural Engineering at Institute for Design and Construction (I.D.C.), and the State University of New York, and received a Bachelors Degree in Building Sciences/Construction Management with a specialization in Soil Mechanics and Hydrostatics. Mark Loffredo is an adjunct professor at City Techincal College.
